Confidence inside
"I was always looking outside myself for strength and confidence, but it comes from within. It is there all the time."
– Anna Freud (this is not myself, my other caracter, this is the real Anna Freud, daugther of Sigmund Freud)

Self confidence and inner strength are very useful feelings because they help us to prevent emotional breakdowns, when someone let you down or when the times are rough. But from my personal experience I think we can't get it all from ourselves, it could be somehow dangerous. We might fall apart from everybody else and become lonely persons for the rest of our lives. So I think that life is finest when is there someone to hold your hand. But I could be wrong. Who knows???
